Reservation Information

• The Wheeler-Farley House Rents for $2000 for a 6 night stay
  • Monday thru Sunday
  • Check in time: 4:00 PM and check-out time: 4:00 PM
  
  
• The Wheeler-Farley House can be rented for a 3 night minimum stay
  • Thursday – Sunday for $495 per night
  • Memorial Day and Labor Day, Friday - Monday
  • Check-in time: 4:00 PM and check-out time: 4:00 PM


• Reservations must be secured with a $500 non-refundable deposit.
  
  
• Your deposit will go toward your rental fee.
  
  
• Additionally, a $500 security deposit is required and will be refunded within 2 weeks after your stay, provided there is no damage. The security deposit is due 3 weeks prior to your arrival date as well as the remainder of your rental fee.
  
  
• A 9% Room and Hotel Tax is not included in the rental price. Please add this to your total rental fee.
  
  
• Sorry, pets are not permitted in The Wheeler-Farley House or on premises
  
  
• No Smoking Indoors.
  
  
• Violations will result in immediate eviction and loss of security deposit.
  
  
• Closest airport to The Wheeler-Farley House is the Venango County Regional Airport in Franklin, PA
