2012 Reservation Information

• Peak season Rates:
  
  • June 11th through week of August 20th and Holiday weeks
    $2500   Monday - Sunday
  • Memorial Day and Labor Day Weekends.
    $2000   Friday - Monday
  • New Years Eve
    $2000  per 3 night stay
  
  
  
• Non-Peak Season Rates:
  
  • $2000   Monday - Sunday
  • $1485 Thursday - Sunday   ($495/night, 3 night minimum)


• Check-in time: 4:00 PM and check-out time: 8:00 PM
  
  
• Reservations must be secured with a $500 non-refundable deposit.
  
  
• Your deposit will go toward your rental fee.
  
  
• Additionally, a $500 security deposit is required and will be refunded within 2 weeks after your stay, provided there is no damage. The security deposit is due 3 weeks prior to your arrival date as well as the remainder of your rental fee.
  
  
• A 9% Room and Hotel Tax is not included in the rental price. Please add this to your total rental fee.
  
  
• Sorry, pets are not permitted in The Wheeler-Farley House or on premises
  
  
• No Smoking Indoors.
  
  
• Violations will result in immediate eviction and loss of security deposit.
  
  
• Closest airport to The Wheeler-Farley House is the Venango County Regional Airport in Franklin, PA
