Lower Walkout Level

		The lower walk-out level has 3 futons, a game table, and a full bath with washer and dryer. Sleeps 6 - each futon pulls out to a full size bed.
The large screened in porch is the perfect place to play a game of ping-pong or to relax and watch the Allegheny River flow by.
